To respect both my time and other clients, the following policy applies: • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 10% cancellation fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to additional fees and may require a deposit to rebook. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being added to the booking ban list.
